chaotic breakfast area dated gym equipment
The breakfast area felt chaotic and not very clean, it made mealtimes less enjoyable plus the lifts were quite slow especially during peak hours. I often had to wait several minutes to get one also the gym equipment felt a bit dated and could use some maintenance i hoped for a better workout experience

worn furniture street noise
The breakfast buffet was extensive and quite acceptable.
I must admit, the room felt a bit tired. The furniture showed some wear and tear, and the bathroom tiles could use a refresh. Certainly not what one expects from a 'cliff' hotel (.. ). the noise from the nearby street was noticeable, especially during the evenings.

The room offered a nice sea view. The bed was comfortable. The room included everything I needed. The location is convenient, a short walk from the beach.
The pool could get crowded. It was difficult to find a sunbed at certain times.

I received a warm welcome. The general manager shared helpful information about the hotel. Staff helped us with our choices on where to go. Customer service was excellent throughout the hotel.

fresh fruit espresso bar disorganized staff lobby noise
the breakfast buffet was great. i especially liked the fresh fruit options and the espresso bar (i had two cappuccinos!). the location was convenient, with an easy walk to the boat ferry.
the restaurant staff seemed a bit disorganized. it sometimes took a while to get a drink at the pool bar, even when it wasn't too crowded. i also noticed some workmen using loud equipment in the lobby one day, disruptive.
